Delivery Workbench · standalone demo

Sprint capacity, worked out in the open

Enter your team's sprint and get the available hours, a commitment ceiling and a load check. Every number shows the formula behind it.

Runs entirely in this browser. No server, account, AI service or company data. The full app (React, Express, SQLite) is a separate project.

Sprint inputs

Working on the sprint, 1–200

Working days after holidays, 0.5–30

Scheduled hours per person, 0.5–12

Share left after meetings and support, 1–100

Estimated hours of the sprint backlog you intend to commit

The example is an illustrative team, not client data.

Calculation

  1. Available hours — people × days × hours per day × focus %
  2. Commitment ceiling — available × 90%
  3. Planned load — planned ÷ available

What moves the number

Change in available hours for common changes to the current inputs
ChangeAvailable hours
+1 person—
−1 sprint day (holiday)—
−10 focus points (meetings)—

The thresholds come from the full app's Sprint Planner benchmarks: commit about 90% of capacity, and treat 85–95% utilization as healthy and anything above 95% as overcommitted. They're planning heuristics, not guarantees.
